We will continue to monitor your account and your business long after you've become a NextGen customer. As your needs change or as new products that may simplify your communications are developed, your representative will suggest changes in your service package to help meet your new business requirements more cost-effectively. Better still, your long distance, international, toll free and calling card services will appear with all of your other NextGen services on one easy to read monthly statement, so you'll be better able to manage your telecommunications costs.
Long Distance Service
At NextGen, we've designed our long distance service to address our customers' two main requirements: cost and simplicity. Your flat rate for direct-dial service is based on your actual monthly billing. Your rate is always the same, regardless of time of day, day of week, or distance. All NextGen calls are billed in six-second increments, with an initial billing period of six-second increments - no rounding up to the next minute.
Internation Long Distance Service
NextGen's international rates are exceptionally competitive. They become even more competitive when you consider that for most locations we bill in six-second increments and have only a thirty-second minimum.
Toll Free 800/888 Service
Give your customers the convenience of being able to reach you when they need to, no matter where they are. Toll Free 800/888 Service Customers anywhere in the nation can call your toll free 800/888 number and you pay one flat rate, regardless of time-of-day or distance. Calls are billed in six-second increments, with a six-second minimum billing period - no rounding up to the next minute. NextGen is also able to provide you with a vanity number for your toll free service at no additional charge.
Calling Card Services
Business is business and that means being able to get in touch with your clients when you need to, whether you're on the road or out of town for an important meeting. The NextGen Calling Card puts the security of being connected into the palm of your hand at affordable rates. Our Calling Card billing makes it easy for you to allocate costs to the right people and departments and using the card is simple. Just dial the toll free access number and enter your own account code and PIN number. Rates are billed in six-second increments with a thirty-second minimum and no call set-up charge.
